Conflict situation, lack of info, customers standing in line.
Hello readers! I would like to share my unpleasant experience today (08. 12. 2020 ~ 12:10, prize post office), I took a serial number, which was followed by a trip "You have to stand in line" - I tried to explain that there is a number system here and we can enter and take a serial number and go outside to wait your turn, because through the window you can see when you have time to go inside. Of course I waited and wanted to go inside where a big man was standing in front and didn't let me in. "I gave him my serial number" I turned and walked away. I made a call to the Australian postal service system (at 12:27), where I also asked a question. "what is the service system, if currently in the room may be located only 2 handling of people, may I enter and retrieve your serial room or I have to stand people set up the line? To which I replied that, may enter and retrieve the number, and waiting for your round out! I would like to all the post offices that have a round room system is placed for additional info on the door, for it may be that the pick up round the room waiting out if the room has more than 2 people!
