I’m a very unsatisfied customer

I need to speak to someone regarding my debit card Im trying to call. The toll free number says its open 24/7 but when I called it says office is closed. This is ridiculous!

Holding my money and I have a covid virus concern!!!! No real answers!!

This company is terrible! 1 star is wayyy to good for them I would give them a -10! I just called this company 4 times in the last 30 min! 3 different answers as to why my money is on hold…..my HSA funds that I had sent to me to have my daughter seen for the covid…

Why is my call being disconnected after 4 hours

My card was blocked and I was given a replacement card, but I was informed by my employers payroll department that I needed contact customer service to add the replacement card to my account.
