Hello! The thing is, I had a hard time signing a contract with this company. In January 2020, I signed a contract with Lemon Gym for the use of the gym. I was sure that within six months the company would automatically deduct the monthly fee from my account, but after six months our cooperation will end. Half a year later, I started receiving text messages about unpaid bills. In June, in July, I think it was a mistake, but in August came a rather harsh reminder. I then started correspondence with the Lemon Gym administration and it turned out that they automatically extended the contract themselves. I asked for the contract to be terminated and they sent me an invoice. One administrative employee issued an invoice for 150 dollars, the other 141 dollars. I asked why such a difference. One administrative employee apologized for the incompetence of her colleague and offered two options for further cooperation. In both variants, I have to pay 60 AU$ at the moment, and to renew the opportunity to visit the gym for another month. I can freeze the contract for 6 weeks, but after that period - either renew the payment in full or pay 2 dollars per week to continue freezing the contract or 150 dollars to terminate the contract. I have a feeling that I have taken a loan because I am not going to the gym. Since you have already faced a similar situation, I wanted to ask for help on how to get rid of this yoke. Thank you.
