There were only three days left until the holiday, before ordering, I called and asked if it was possible to receive the order until the holiday. I was very happy to receive an answer that 22.06.16. The product will be without any problems in the package Omniva. So we all picked up the money and 20.06.16. we order three sets of pallets, indicating which parcel we want to receive. Arrived on 22.06.16.- Send a message to your phone about the existence of the product subject to receipt. Anxious attempt to contact the company both on June 22, 16 and on the next day until June 23, 2010. I wrote three emails, kept calling, sending sms, but no one answered. It seemed that the company started celebrating a few days ago. I also wrote the letter on the social network Facebook.com, the answers are nothing, although you can see that the letter was read on the same day. It was already the evening of the 23rd and I realized that we would not receive the order. As much as it was already the next day, we had to hurry to look for another option, which made us feel anxious on the eve of the holiday. In the end we found other coasters with a very nice craftsman, which we also bought. As a result, we spent twice as much moneythan expected. The holidays have passed and the order has still not been received. On June 27, 2018, again, with the intention to ask for explanations, I turned to the company by phone or this time the handset was picked up. Under the pretext of a large number of orders, it was said that they had not been able to complete the order and do it by 28.06.16. This date also passed and needless to say, the product was not received. 6/30/16 I wrote a written letter requesting a refund of the money paid, as the contract's three-day delivery had already been breached several times. In addition, we had purchased a similar product elsewhere and the pallets were basically no longer needed. So I'm waiting for me to get a response and follow the progress of my letter on the mail website. 7/4/16 (hence almost two weeks later than the delivery time specified in the contract) I received a message that I had received a parcel delivery. I thought, well, I'll take out those pads and I'll figure out what else to do with them. But as far as the letter had already been sent, I look forward to the company's response. It was no big surprise to me when after a long wait my letter 03.08.16. came back because no one had taken it. And here I became clear about the company's policy of dealing with people in the evening. The delivery terms of the order state on the website that the return of the goods, as well as the application for the right of withdrawal within 14 days, takes place by writing a letter to their registered office. I wonder what works if a company takes time and doesn't even take out registered letters addressed to it for more than a month? (The letter was sent on 30.06.16 to was returned on 03.08.16). As a result, the time allowed for exercising the right of withdrawal is long gone. It would be a shame if the company's representatives had picked up the phone or answered the e-mails, sorry to inform you that it would not be possible to prepare the order so quickly. In all years. But his anger was rightly ignored and permissive. I had never been contacted by the company all this time. I would like to add that the quality of the pallets was unsatisfactory.
