I ordered 10. 05 from Douglas page, the delivery time is up to 4 days. 12. 05 The package number was already on Douglas' page, so I was waiting for the order, but nothing. From 12. 05 the process has not moved, the FedEx page shows that the information about the shipment has been received. I wrote to Douglas, I was told the next day that there had been a delay from the main warehouse, would find out when there would be a delivery and would inform me. So, since yesterday, no one has answered, written or informed me. The holidays are ahead, which means I've been waiting for your order for a week! No information from Douglas, no respect for the client.
