Hello. I would like to make a complaint about a pharmacy employee who worked today at Zolitude Rimi's new Moon pharmacy, a woman of about 50, with short brown hair. There were only 2 people in line, me and a woman with a baby before me. The pharmacist-salesman talked to the woman 15 minutes before me about their two sons, about the grandchildren, completely ignoring the fact that I was standing in line and waiting. The seller-pharmacist saw me clearly. I got tired of standing and I left without buying medicine! Is it normal to stand in line for 15 minutes when there is one person in front of me? Why is your pharmacy so low level of service? Why doesn't the employee do her job but talk? on private topics during work? Which one buyer is no longer a buyer?
