My package hasn’t arrived and i ordered it over a week ago

I ordered two pair of sunglasses last Thursday. Its over a week later and they still havent came in and it said 5-7 days.

Couldn’t change address

I called maybe 10 minutes after placing my order to change the address that was auto generated to my order and was told it was too late now I havent received my order nor can I find the package .

Lens on new sunglasses cracked and no response to my phone call

I bought Quay sunglasses at the Dillard Department store and after two months the lens cracked in five places.
