They are charging me for an order and they canceled the order and did not send it to me

I want them to refund the money they are charging me because they canceled the order and you are charging me. my order is from macys and you are charging me 62.54 and the order was canceled from macys.

Items not paid for

I ordered on Amazon yesterday, after paying the 1/4 amount for my items now all of a sudden half of my items cant be sent out because they arent paid for even tho QuadPay says they are. I cant even get in contact with anyone from QuadPay to fix my orders issues.
