They keep forcng my account itno French – I do not speak French

Qobuz – I am not able to change the language to either English or German – this is REALLY *** me off. Every time I try to change something – French comes back. Are they living on a different planet where the only language is French – get real Messier Qobuz

No customer support. WTF? Those French folks.

There is no way to talk to a support person. They canceled my subscription. I tried to find out why – my credit card charge when through. Absolutely no way to talk to a person and the web site doesn’t do it.

Couldn’t log in.

Crap company with no customer support. Couldnt find a single phone number that works for these jerks. Try to log into the same app for hours. User’s recommendation: Amazon.

Received e-mails saying there was a problem with my bank renewing my annual subscription for Qobuz Sublime. I sent e-mail responses saying I don’t remember which card I used last year but that I wanted to now use my AMEX card and gave them the card details (3 times in a week) I have now been cut-off...
