The story is about a pensioner who does not live in the city next to the IT Banka branch, but the nearest IT Banka branch is 40 km. So the house can not leave one passport and can not. This is a brief insight into the client's private situation. I live 2000 km from the IT Banka branch. But in the summer I was personally your branch in Lubbock and I tried to find a solution to a problem that definitely affects many pensioners and namely, a code calculator, which even I can't serve without glasses and straight fingers. We were not offered a solution. What's more, the employee was so incompetent that we were unable to provide us with such important information that our little Digipass 270 code has been blocked and if we want to use it, we must unblock it, but silence will release us. My mother was left without internet banking, because she could no longer do anything at home and I was not present to help and resolve this issue, and to go to the IT Bank branch again. Then I found out that a slightly larger code calculator Digipass 260 is finally being offered. Unfortunately, the bank's employees did not offer any solution so that my mother could use Internet banking. The only answer we received from the employees was that they should go to a branch, which for my mother is not possible for the reasons mentioned above. We are looking for a replacement passport and ask the bank employees if it is possible to issue a code calculator with a power of attorney. Theoretically it is, but in practice it was different, namely, 1. The cost of the power of attorney at the notary is five dollars 2. Our trustee invested his time and funds to go to the 40 km branch 3. The waiting time for the IT Bank branch was 2 hours 4. The power of attorney was not accepted and code calculator was not issued. Will you cover these extraordinary expenses for my mother (not to mention the damage to health), only material losses? Why is it not possible to send by mail to the address provided by the customer? Are IT Banka's employees not trained to offer customers solutions to problems on the spot and the customer's situation? I look forward to your reply.
