Leak coming from Front of device where the pur tag is

There is a stream of water coming out of the PUR emblem name tag on the top left corner. Had it for about six months and the leak started about a week and a half ago User’s recommendation: I’ll recommend Five Star the filter does it’s job.

Just searching for customer service phone number… nothing on their website.

Couldnt find companys phone number. This has become very common with many companies. They dont want phone calls. Sometimes, a discussion with real, live humans is necessary. User’s recommendation: Request they put phone number on their site.

A great product,if made in usa.,had no problems with pur many years. usa made.

PUR filters bought on line .not the real PUR. . made in CHINA or MEXICO ,FAUSET mount filters. .USA PUR, no problems good tasting, others no good threw them in garbage. User’s recommendation: CHECK PACKAGE TO SEE WHERE MADE.
