Shipment is coming in more than 2 weeks
Hello, I have placed an order on 20. 05, it is now 03. 06. I have not yet received the order I had placed in the e-shop, although the website indicated that the delivery would take up to 7 days. To say that I am very disappointed is to say nothing. The status of the product on the website is indicated as sent, at the same time as there is no information about the product on the FedEx website at all. There is no information that the dispatch of the goods was delayed, there is no information, the money has been removed from the card. What to do? I wrote, called, no one answers, I wrote on the facebook page, I get an answer that I have to call, but when calling again, no one answers. I send a repeated e-mail and after a while I receive an answer that the product will be sent in the next few days, so I just forgot about it. After 2 days an e-mail arrives that the specified product is not in stock and they will return the money. This is the first time I have encountered such irresponsibility and ridicule of my clients!
