I was a customer of tiles in a Reaton store (700 USD worth), half of the amount was paid in advance, with delivery within 2 weeks, after those two weeks, no news or misses from the tiles. Calling Reaton, one reservation; "The tiles are coming and no one knows when they will arrive." Dear Reaton employees, you cannot work if you are not able to deliver the product at the agreed times, then do not promise or declare 2 months of delivery so as not to mislead customers. It's been a month, no news, no holidays, and it's not possible to get your money back.
