Cheating on money
Hello! I wanted to warn people not to go to work for wolt food delivery to work as a courier because the pay there is ridiculously low. This company is very active in looking for employees via facebook and instagram, where you can easily apply for a job and then come to trainings that tell you everything you can earn. For orders costs 2, 2. 20 and 2. 50 €, depending on the time of work and 50 cents per kilometer. Nothing special, but it's ok that you can do extra work, but the reality is that you don't really pay for kilometers if you have a flat piece. The training said that it starts to pay from the moment the order arrives, but in reality it pays from the moment you collect the food from the cafe. I haven't worked there for a long time, but I can name at least two examples,where I didn't pay the way I needed to. There was a time when I was in UpTown myself, but I had to pick up the order and the center and take him to Downtown. The group gathered there about 12 km. If at that moment the rate for the order is 2 €, then I had to get 2 € + 6 dollars for delivery, so 8, but I got € 3. 15. I wrote to the support service and there I was told that they only pay when I take the food out of the cafe, but even then I would have to pay 5 dollars instead of 3. 15. They also ordered to contact their director, who of course did not answer. Another case was when an order came to the tc pier, even though I was in the center and then had to be taken back from the pier to the center. Also, it cost only 3 dollars, although there were many more kilometers. I believe that the company lies in training in order to attract peoplebut then disappears just as quickly and looks for new ones.
