Poor work with clients
I am / was a client of Pty. “Internet World”, now it looks like a client of Pty. “Oceancom”, but no I have not received a formal notification from either. On Thursday evening, the internet disappeared, I called the support service of Pty. “Interneta pasaule”, but only an answering machine worked there. Knowing that legal clients are now served by Pty. Oceancom, I called their phone. For the first half hour, only the answering machine answered, after which the connection with the operator took place around 23. 00. The operator promised that the problem will be solved in the backyard of the day. Specifying that the problem does not affect other users, so will have to wait. In the morning, I called again to clarify the information, because only in the morning there appear administrators responsible for troubleshooting. It was possible to call much faster, only in about 15 minutes, promised that by 13. 00 the problem will be fixed, the master has already left. 13. 00 internet was still not available, but then it turned out that the master would come from 15. 00 to 17. 00 to parprogramet devices. Luckily, the man has a vacation and he could wait for the master, because at five o'clock he had not yet arrived. Shortly after five the master, however, came about to program the device. As a result I changed my IP address, there was no internet around the clock and the phone still didn't work. Of course I am now looking for a new service provider. A special taste is given by the fact that for my night calls, when I could not contact them, I was called around 14 and around 16, of course I am happy about it as a callback, but if I weren't so insistent, I wouldn't know that I am now served by Oceancom which I learned quite by accident) I would probably still be without the internet.
