They would not list using my credential from University of Metaphysical Sciences – and gave no explanation as to why. I called and left messages for the Vice President but never got a call back. I’m pretty sure they outsource their “customer service” which really is lousy. User’s recommendation: disappointed in their service and communication.

I was getting numerous calls each week from people trying to contact a professional listed in Psychology Today magazine. Contacted magazine, they looked into it, figured out the problem and at this point, fixed the issue. They left an email and voicemail to tell me the issue was taken care of and if not, contact them again.
