Cheating people, selling low quality goods
Hello! I wanted to tell you about the operation of the fraudulent furniture store chain "Optimus mebeles" or Pty. "ALB" (as they were legally called). Somewhere 2 months ago in Launceston store (Shopping Mall "Sala", Rigas iela 213) I bought a bed Marianna 160 cm wide, brown. When I bought it I immediately noticed that the boards that hold the mattress are so thin and did not look like they will last a long time, but the seller in the store convinced me that they are plywood boards and that they do not break. I agreed and bought. In two months I had already broken 2 boards and the main one was not in the middle (because of the weight), but it was torn from the edges. No one jumped on the bed and the elephants did not climb on top. I also don't weigh 2 tons. I take those broken boards to the store together with the check and the purchase invoice. I think things like boards are in place for them and they will change them for me quickly. But I was wrong. The resellers were very rude and did not want to take me. I already understand that they have been ordered to return people like me. In the end, they accepted my complaint, played the check and the bill of lading for a long time, and photographed the boards. and said he would review my complaint within 10 days. I just don't understand how a big company like "Optimus mebeles" doesn't have furniture spare parts on site, especially I'm sorry s... like boards? I am shocked and insane. For 10 days I will not be able to use my bed, which I save and which I bought for 116 AUD, which has a 2-year warranty. I will not be able to use that I am now afraid to climb on top of it, because I am afraid that other boards will break. 10 days will consider or exchange me s... boards, the cost of which is half a penny. That's funny. A lot of people around me complained,that Optimus mebeles sells low-quality furniture. I understand that there is cheap Polish furniture, for cheap money, but not in the second month something happens to the product. If it were even after a year, I wouldn't say anything, but in the 2nd month. This is a nightmare. I called the office and everyone threw me from one person to another and shot them. That law provides for 10 days and blah blah blah, but those tak are s... boards. Oh God, who will compensate me now that I will not be able to use my recently purchased product for 10 days. People resellers there trained you to spoof, sell very low quality goods there, don't buy there!
