claim and adjuster

The accident had happened about 3 weeks ago. It was reported to progressive insurance, police report submitted and other required documents submitted. The Claim adjuster was incompetent. I faxed all information, turned in keys, title. Shannon Peters closed my account because she messed up the paperwork and when I called her on it she got mad. poor service

I would like to warn you against using ECOLINES coach company. They use very old buses in a very bad technical condition, with bad smell not mention about their service. I was going to travel from Warsaw to Berlin on 25.04.2008. The bus arrived from Oakland delayed 2 hours. In Warsaw it appears that the bus broke down and could not move at all. All passengers had to stay in the bus all night at the Warsaw bus station. We did not receive any apology or compensation from the company. NEVER EVER AGAIN. The worst service I have ever seen in my life.
