Auto pay Cancellation

I continue getting charges on my debit card and i do not understand how it’s happening. I cannot find a way to cancel my auto-pay and customer service wont answer the phone. So now I guess I have to go to my bank and shut down my account this is just great

Charged account despite cancelling

I must say they were very good and after clear explanation what happened and formulating my expectations – they have returned funds from previous 3 months. Imust say they have a very good customer service customer oriented and understandingbe clear and in case of any problems ask for supervisor

I never selected anything to upgrade my account and didn’t see anything saying that.

I couldnt get a refund because they have a preselected option for upgrading it. Which is *** User’s recommendation: Don’t get an account with them. They cheat you out of money.
