I have made several orders from DORMEO, but the customer service by PHONE is under every criticism. If the order is "lost", the customer will be notified after a couple of weeks and only the 3rd time (within 2 days) when I call and PLEASE LET ME KNOW when the product can wait. There is also a problem with the delivery address and the ad they sent. I do not live in LV, so I indicate the delivery address of a known workplace, after the first advertisement call and please correct it to my contact address. Fixed.
