Long wait for food
Yesterday, August 16, we visited the cafe Stenders in the center of Kuldiga. We ordered a meal for three around 14. 15, with us in the cafeteria there were 3-4 tables in total (a total of about 12 people). First, the toast ordered with the beer arrived after 50 minutes, the waiter excused himself with a sanitary inspection. After waiting for 1h 20min we decided to ask how long we would have to wait, because we had decided to leave. We went to the counter and asked the waiter, who immediately went to the kitchen, where the cook replied that we have to wait another 15-20 minutes, but the waiter came out and thought that we had not heard the conversation, promised us food in 5-8 minutes. After 15 minutes the food finally arrived, it was clearthat only one of the three portions is fresh - the other two had a dried crust and were apparently heated in a microwave oven. The food itself is very tasteless: 1) Meat - Roasted, roasted unevenly, beef seems to have been prepared an hour ago, but then before giving outside, reheated in microwave ovens. 2) Sauce - honey and tomato sauce was very reminiscent of one of the Spilva series. Horseradish sauce tasted great after a weak sauce performed by Hollandaise. 3) Salad - vnk, cabbage, on which are placed two slices of tomato and one slice of cucumber. 4) Potatoes - still close - compared to everything else. The waiter does not apologize for any of the episodes. Extremely poor service - I hope they get a health check.
