Prep Sportswear will not respond when you reach out to them about an incorrect order.

I ordered a shirt from Prep Sportswear on 12/15/20. They promptly accepted my payment, but they sent the wrong size shirt. I have contacted them 8 times so far with pictures of my order and pictures of the shirt they sent, proof that the mistake was on their end. They have not answered any text or email... Read more➤

The package was sent on time, but then sent completely the wrong size. I would love it if you would contact them again. I contacted them after I realized they were the wrong size, but still have not heard back from them.

Missing order from 3 weeks ago

Order placed over 3 weeks ago. Havent received the order. Sent multiple emails and left multiple direct messages. Company not taking phone calls. Have not heard back from anyone as to the whereabouts of my order User’s recommendation: Horrible customer service!! Do not order from this company!!!
