Indoor antenna shows better quality than digital TV

I do not recommend using Aumobile services; I connected IT 3 at a speed of 10Mb / s, a year later I also took their digital TV. The result is that the indoor antenna performs better than digital TV, and the speed of IT coincided. As it turns out then the cable is able to transmit only 10Mb / s, but the television takes about 3-4Mb / s. Now the IT speed is approx. 6-7Mb /, but I pay for 10 Mb / s. recommendation: if there are no other options, I would recommend using only one Aumobile service so that it is not like me.
