Poor service
We found an apartment in Facebook that caught my eye. I contacted a broker (who is also the manager of the company) who gave me the owner's number. We called and went to see everything super, we say we take. It was Sunday. On Monday we send the same copies and the e-mail specified by the broker, silence. Call on Tuesday - when there will be a contract. Call on Wednesday - when there will be a contract. Call on Thursday - when there will be a contract. The answer to all calls is one - there will be, wait. On Friday morning we receive an e-mail that "for some reason the apartment cannot be rented". I feel betrayed and embarrassed. The attitude is just awful and in the end you still stay on the street, because it is impossible to talk everything in a timely and humane way. For people who are really looking for a new home, I recommend not working with this company.
