Providing False Info
Due to a change of operator, I had to unlock my sim lock code urgently to insert any other card into my phone. At the unit at Vienibas gatve 51, the service staff gave me the following information that the code is not available to them on the spot, that there are two options, either I now give my phone for a week to unlock, which will be sent to RopaZhu Street, or I can go to RopaZhu Street and there my phone will be unlocked on the spot in a queue. There was nothing left but to go through the whole of Melbourne to RopaZhu Street, where I expected the answer that the phone would be unlocked within 5 days, not even there on the same day as the employee at Vienibas gatve 51 told me! I was so angry that the day was wasted. Why is it necessary to provide such information if it is not true? And why should you lock the sim lock at all, if unlocking it is free of charge and it does not give any income to the AuMobile service?
