Minor repairs, parts need to be replaced
I ordered a Blender as a Christmas present, a damage was discovered in January (a thread fell, some glue was spilled). Toll Rde store in Tukums, where it was decided to send to the service. At the beginning of March, I received a message that I could receive it, but it turned out that the packaging was missing an essential detail. Blemder sent back. In early April again call that all ok, but after 2 min. Call that the packaging is the same again as it was. Currently no info. My question is - is this normal! I am already very familiar in the Tukums store, they cannot help. Client, probably former.
