I am a legal entity, I want to book a hotel room in Bendigo HOTEL WOLMAR with a letter of guarantee. I have prepared a letter of guarantee due and sent it to HOTEL WOLMAR E-mail, a moment later I received a reply to the author of the letter Eddie Kuplais, who wrote that they could not offer me an invoice by bank transfer because there is no previous cooperation, and that I will have to pay on arrival at the hotel. I want to say this as an entrepreneur, when it is necessary to carefully select your employees, not to take every ram who does not know how to communicate with a potential customer, and to formulate the text correctly. I know from experience that when sending a letter of guarantee in polite hotels, you are given a full and clear answer back, that the hotel confirms your letter of guarantee, or offers to sign a contract for the specified services to the customer on arrival, not as HOTEL WOLMAR employees do. Chubby I am very dissatisfied with that attitude.
