Fraud, Poor Service
I would like to thank this service for surface diagnostics, as a result of which I bought a machine in poor condition. I had looked at the car and talked before buying the diagnostics in the car, because the official centers had long queues and had a positive experience in the car before. When the machine was taken to service, only minor deficiencies were found, other than major and inexpensive repairs (the researcher needs to be corrected and the central key had a warning). Everything was asked again or with the engine itself, and in the affirmative, a positive answer was received. In total, the repairs of the car had to cost a few hundred dollars. So I completed all the buying formalities later in the evening.Driving a few hundred meters and overturning will result in a warning of reduced power, and it will be further discovered that the machine has been driven without a seat. (The car was bought from a lady who had a second car, which was rarely used and for which she could not say anything in technical matters). In general, this situation was of concern to me or the machine in general has been handled properly. The machine was immediately taken to another service where full diagnostics were performed. There it was discovered that the turbine needs to be built and a new dentition needs to be put in, which are major repairs to the machine that I would like to avoid leading to diagnostics. A total of 2.5 thousand dollars was compiled (engine chain, turbine repair, alternator circuit, thermostat, etc.). I bought the car myself for 7, 000 dollars. I don't understand what point I had was to generally lead to this service if I ended up being deceived about the condition of the machine and the upcoming repairs. I was not even given an extract with the found faults, which I did not immediately notice because I was in a hurry. I am a woman and not competent in technical matters, wanting to get rid of all kinds of furniture in Mexico after help and pay for the service, but in the end I am a victim. >
