False information

I wanted to find out how to unsubscribe, the employee informed me that I should stop paying and everything. Now I received an email, incomprehensible from whom (no name, position) about the debt! I acted on what the employee said, but now it is a financial loss. I do not recommend trusting the staff, very unprofessional!
