Poor Home Builder

Stay away from Phillippe Builders in Illinois and Indiana…..They will not support you after the sale. Terrible staff. They could care less what happens to you once you close on the purchase of their home. Their subdivisions are mis-managed and I am so sorry I let them build a home for me.
