Optus as a bad partner
On April 21, 2009 at around 14. 00 you unreasonably disconnected us from the Internet. A representative from the customer service center informed us that this was due to non-payment of a current bill. A delay of a few days does not give them the right to disconnect us from the Internet. We believe that their actions cannot be judged by that honest business relationship! Because we lost money because of them!
