I have been waiting for my order since June, 2020., it is October, and Lao Post directed back to Petacco. I honestly initially thought I was ordering from Petco. That is there hook.

I have been waiting 4 months, as I mentioned I thought I was ordering from Petco… Lao post referred me back to Petacco, so it is not them. There is no way to speak to someone or get a response to my many texts. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase from this seller.

Been 6 months still haven’t received product

We ordered and were charged for a pair of dog clippers all the way back at the end of May (May 31st) ($34.99)and it is now October, and we still haven’t received them. User’s recommendation: Do not use Petacco if this is how you do business!

Never received clipper blades

Never could track this order. Still haven’t got any responses except automatic response. Ordered June 11th. I have contacted them 7 times ! Do not buy from them !!! User’s recommendation: Do not buy from this company in China ! Go to Petcos.

I ordered merchandise and it still has not came

I ordered the low noise dog Clippers and the low noise Clippers 4 the paws. Back in june and it’s august now and i still haven’t recieved them yet. User’s recommendation: Don’t order from these people they keep your money and not send you the merchandise.

Never received product I paid 4/4 months ago

This company needs to be reported to Consumer Affairs and the general attorney’s office in your location obviously everyone that is ordered from this company has been ripped off they need to be put to a stop and the only way that’s going to happen is if you report this to Consumer Affairs.
