The bus forgets the passengers!
The bus must arrive at 13.30 (at Terminal D of the Port of Tallinn). Heart rate 13.36 (more blizzard, and - (monthly) ten degrees), small basin... call tel. No., which is indicated on the ticket, there is a very uneducated girl, says wait, the bus will definitely be! The next call to the same person after 20 minutes. (no bus yet), promised to call back! We do not wait for the call, we call again, it says that the bus will be delayed by 1 hour. Okay, let's go to the port, warm up and wait! It takes 1.5 hours, no one calls... there is no bus, we call again, it is announced that the bus will not arrive! Wait until 19.00! No other options are offered! We get in a taxi and drive to the bus station, where we last bought tickets for a USDlines bus to Oakland (incomparable service and treatment with ecolines). Arriving in Longsdale, we find out that the ecolines bus arrived at the Oakland bus station in 30 minutes. I'm late! Those things we simply forgot, and then again openly reluctantly... from the management exactly the same attitude, no reaction. When I want to receive money for tickets, then I have to worry about myself, I have to write an application, which I will review within 30 days! The company is in the last session! I do not recommend anyone to choose if you do not want unpleasant surprises!
