Employee Cheating
I am a former Cat Black employee. At the end of 2020, I started fulfilling a large order. I had fulfilled 1/3 of the order. Manager Sandra Aze delayed the full payment of salary for 2 months. When my mayor was full - I asked him why, he said that he would not pay the agreed salary for this project, but a small part of it. The total amount refused would amount to approximately AU$ 2380 net. I have raised a scandal that I will not allow myself to be deceived. Miraculously, he agreed to pay the agreed salary for 1/3 of the order, but forbade him to participate in the further execution of the order, because it is more profitable for the black cat to take another company that fulfills this order and Sandra Azei has more in her pocket. How much my salary depended on the orders fulfilled and except for this big project, I would not be able to earn a salary to support a family because the black cat has very few customers. I said that I no longer wanted to work because I no longer trusted as an employer. We orally agreed that we would terminate the employment contract by mutual agreement. I became unemployed and I would start receiving the benefit only after 3 months, because sandra aze submitted that I had unilaterally terminated my employment contract. Consequently, I am unable to provide my child with treatment in the clinic. I have written countless times, asking why I am not fulfilling what was agreed and I ask you to change the submitted information, but I did not receive an answer and a solution. At the same time, I received countless calls from former cat black customers and partners that sandra aze guests were calling and slandering me. It is said that I threw them at a couple of thousand, being a bad employee, and so on. But I never added that those few thousand is the amount I had to pay on unused leave for 4. 5 years (I was very rare on leave). She slanders me and tries to fuck me, because she lost an employee on whose shoulders there was a company, and after my departure I can't cope anymore! I can't find a solution, I only get one resentment and slander. This is the true face of Sandra's aze! Trust it or not - it's up to you!
