Billing inquiries

I received the balance but I have more questions.I was supposed to receive a grant to help me with my bill. Im not sure if they have a plied it to my account. My gas bill is way too high every month, and I cant afford to pay it.

It’s a pandemic I was denied service because I owe them money I lost my job I have no income

They refused to turn on my gas cause I owe a past due bill it’s cold they don’t care at all now I’m sick cause me and my children are bin aap cold house
