In late April, I had made a payment by mail for the whole subscription, however, I have yet to receive it. When I looked through my bank statements, it had said the check went through, so I was wondering when I’ll get the subscription or at least my money back.
I am not a “Pissed Consumer.” According to my records I renewed my yearly subscription December 2020, however, I kept receiving renewal letters. The last renewal was a 3th and final notice. I tried to contact People Magazine by phone with no luck so sent in my final renewal notice letter with the explanation.
I wanted to know when my subscription expires. People magazine never replied to my question. ***************************************************************
Please send a new bill. I marked 4 payments and they have sent bill for full balance. Please do ASAP sorry my service is not interrupted. Thanks!
Fraud, customer misinformation
Employees misinform customers by starting with specific Prices for services and grievances, not to mention that these amounts are present at the end there will be another + VAT, which is not a small amount and should be mentioned immediately (that the said mass is without VAT). As a result, you will pay much more than you planned. We tried to find out why the amount originally agreed orally was very different from the one in the check by calling this office, to which we received unpleasant treatment from the employee and as a result nothing was resolved and understood. I do not recommend anyone to turn to this office, people do not have any ethical principles and empathy, to put it bluntly on other people's tears.
