The airline Wizzair canceled a previously booked flight from Melbourne to Paris without explanation for any reason. using their services noting that I want to get my money back. The terms beautifully state that the refund will be made within 7 days. It has already passed 10, there is no refund. Several complaints have been written on the Wizzair website - without results. I called a special phone - the answer is quite simple that nothing can help. They are not responsible for other people's work and do not know why there is no money. Wait. To the question whether there is any other phone to call, where to get competent answers, the answer is no. Has anyone been in such a situation? What did you do?
