I canceled my flight to Dortmund one month before departure and requested a refund, to which I received the following reply: Referring to your claim we kindly inform that according to our General Conditions of Carriage, if the passenger cancels his reservation up to the fourteenth (14th) day prior to the scheduled time of departure, he will be entitled to a refund of the total fare after deduction of the cancellation fee, subject the result of such calculation is positive. In your case, we will not be able to make any refund in your favorite, because the result of the calculation is negative. Their rules state: 6. 5. 1. You can cancel your reservation up to the fourteenth (14th) day before the scheduled departure time. You will be refunded the total price of the flight, less the cancellation fee. 6. 5. 2. If the booking is canceled less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled departure time, you will be refunded the total price of the flight, less any other services and seat reservation fees. Not a word about any calculation that can be negative. When buying tickets there was also no indication that the tickets were non-refundable. The phone cannot be called.
