I want to access my paymaya account

I can’t access my paymaya account due to account enhancement. I already sent all the needed requirements and information for re-opening my account but still no reply or even feedback on what is the progress for my complaint/concern. I badly need the fund on my account to purchase milk and other essential goods for my children.
