Today, once again, I come across the terrible customer service of MyPizza (Domina branch). The first time I went to that restaurant, we were brought dirty cutlery. There was a feeling that they were not being washed at all. Today, in turn, we encountered the unprofessional and rude attitude of the service staff. Today, 21.6.19 at 12:30 with friends we went to MyMall Antonio's Picca to eat. Each of us ordered our own food, which we also waited 50 minutes for. Two of my friends ordered a daily offer that included soup. Wait for them for 50 minutes, but soup was also not brought. When We asked the serving waiter Richard, where is the soup, he was outraged and sarcasm replied that no one had ordered the soup and that he brought only the food he ordered. Ok... Nothing... Let's do without soup, wait for our pizzas. It takes 50 minutes, brings our ordered pizzas, 2 out of 3. Richard explains that they made a mistake and our third pizza is not made , because they see they have confused customers and our pizzas will not be at all, and without a little or if we want to make their third pizza, then we can wait another 10 minutes, and only then will he be brought. Ok... Nothing... Waiting for more... Finally bringing food, it took more than an hour.. We ate. Richard asks how we will pay, to which I answer that I will pay by card, but my friends will pay separately for themselves... Outraged by my answer, he tells me that there is no way to pay, because he sees he has placed a total order on the table! Seriously? Maybe before you do that you have to ask how customers want to pay in general? And since when can customers not pay for themselves? That's what... Some Stone Age? I started explaining to him that we have 3 different orders and that we don't have the cash to pay together! To which the waiter raised his voice, he began to shout in dislike and say what we allow ourselves to be at all, because we are in a restaurant and we dictate our rules here on how to pay and how not to pay... made no little or everyone around him angry to turn and see what was happening. Once again, I want to pay only for my order, on which he began to bake even more. In the end , however, it turned out that we could pay separately and he canceled the previous joint order, which he told us with bile and contempt that now he would have to write an explanation for us! Attitude and intonation of Richard's hand was simply awful, given the fact that people are actually waiting for their meal hours, and then still have to listen for whatever shouting... I understood that the MyMall Antonio's PICC I are never his leg, and very much hope that you also don't go there because of the attitude and the customer service there is one of the lowest of all MyPizza... And I wish Richard to find a job where he can control his nerves more than MyPizza
