I doubt the quality of this company's operation / service. Their website says - we have successful transactions and satisfied customers, etc. I wouldn't say that. Some time ago I wanted to buy real estate advertised on the company's website. While contacting them, it took some effort - no emails answered, no phone calls - but only with some 7th Delivery. We were looking at the property - it seemed they had no interest in selling it at all. No additional information was provided, nor were specific answers to the questions asked - a conversation about and around, but at the same time no clarity. There was a feeling that they had something to hide. When we asked for additional documents, there were all sorts of reservations. But when I buy real estate, I have a right to know what I am buying and whether there is any encumbrance that would surprise us later. It was very difficult to work with this company, as a result of which we decided not to buy the property in question. They did not advise on the upcoming purchase process or provide additional information. They were not ready for potential cooperation at all. Very poor customer service and communication.
