Billed for a year os service but I had already cancelled

I did the $4.99 service for a week to cancel and cancelled but my account was billed $4.99 two times and also billed for one year of service for $45.10!!!!! How do I get my money back??? User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
