Dear Oceancom customers and everyone else, be careful with Oceancom's contractual obligations and promises. The quality of service is unsatisfactory. At the time when the contract was terminated and the service was refused to the former whistleblower, the existing Oceancom, the service was also immediately disconnected, which is only to be welcomed. Also, the new bills did not arrive anymore, which is only logical, because the service was not broadcast. At the moment, after 5 months, Oceancom is suddenly sending the total 5-month bill and the threat with credit reform. The existing invoice lists some mystical packages and rents for services that have not existed for 5 months. Also, the phone pretended not to have received any refusals. In such a situation, I can only wish Oceancom success in its fraudulent activities and logically receive a proper and adequate payment for it - criminal liability for fraud! Existing customers and potential customers, be careful and if you take any action, request documents with signatures, stamps and the like to save your time from trying to cheat!
