I have been charged for Pandora and I did not authorize to be taken out of my account

I have been charged for Pandora radio for the past three months they take it out of my checking account I do not remember authorizing this and the person with Pandora wants a screenshot of the charge and I can’t do that my bank won’t let me. Any suggestions are welcome.
