Rude, disrespectful attitude towards the patient
I face a rude attitude from the staff of Balvi Hospital. Specifically from the lady working in the X-ray office. When he saw that my dentist had sent me an X-ray of the nasal cavity and the jawbone, he began to rude to the dentist, shouting that the nasal cavity had nothing to do with teeth. When I said that I was just a patient and I went to where the doctor sent me. The word debut was uttered. I waited for the mocking to take an X-ray. When I asked how I would be able to view the results the answer was-somewhere on the computer it would already be... I asked which doctor to send to, the dentist or the family doctor... I realized that "it's not my business"! There was no answer to my vision and I turned and continued to talk to my colleague. Very sorry,that such ridicule must be endured, and I know that I am not the only offended patient.
