Poor service and poor service and poor communication

Hello! The situation following I ordered a packet from China from aliexpress at the end of August this year, more precisely on August 22. Well, I ordered everything well and waited until I arrived in Australia. I see when the package has arrived on September 8, cried Melbourne after tracking data from aliexpress and 17track. Well, next day I called the specific post office, they answered exactly the same passport they had answered before when they arrived then sent the message. Then finally today I sent a message when Adelaide has finally arrived. The trail this post was on my name and I couldn't go asking my loved one to pick up the post. One of my relatives called the department and asked if I needed a passport with me and a relative to pick up the shipment. To which he replied that no. Well I went to the post office there and told me when I still need both my and my relatives' passport. I think it's funny why the postal worker didn't warn me then. I went well to the same post office once more and once again the postal worker read to me the moral of why my item has a different name than my life. This is already happening once again happening. Why should I write my full name aliexpress and think about it? I haven't already written a completely different word there just in the name of the abbreviation. First of all, I didn't think that it would arrive from Melbourne for so long because the shipment had stood in Melbourne for almost two weeks until September 21 or September 22. I didn't like the non-professional service, nor did I deliver the duration from Melbourne to Emerald. Also, the attitude of employees seems to the courts when they are paid only 1 euro per month because they treat customers very rudely and unprofessionally, at least in Adelaide post offices.
