Hello, I would like to share my experience with Tet-Eveikal! 17. 10 I went to their website to order a new model phone with a gift. I filled in all the forms fine everything is ok, after a short time the operator calls to confirm the order, solid kind girl, found out the details of everything ok fine, says the product we have in stock-available 18. 10 will be handed over to the courier and accordingly the product will be 19. 10 (according to omina standards). Monday arrives from the courier not in the news! write a question in the e-mail, find out the status of the order. The call operator says, unfortunately, we do not know why the product was not handed over to the courier on Friday, but one of the products is not in stock while roaming somewhere (although 17. 10 said that everything is available) most likely there is no phone in stock! said the item would be on Wednesday! I understand that I may be impatient, but why should I notice my customers with some kind of deliveries, goods klejoshanu, times. And you have to wait a week for others maybe even more and sell your ordered product some kind of gift,seemingly inconvenient to both their customers and unpleasant bitterness towards their company. I have always been happy with TeT but this time I was really annoyed by its indignation. Hopefully I'm the only one who was so annoyed by their attitude and service!
