Electrical installation work is performed unprofessionally, low performance quality

The company operates under two names. We agree that we will be placed in an unrepaired room: new sockets on the wall, a switch and a cord for the wall lamp; In the already renovated room, the panel wires for the wall lamp have been tightened, additional external sockets have been added, all the wires are hidden and safe here. Wall lamp and ceiling lamp included. When the master started to do the work, he said that in the unrepaired room, the wall will not be fitted with sockets, only the wires will be laid, because the wall is only 7 cm, but the socket is 5 cm, measured, it is 2.5 cm. Another master like the wall in the kitchen put all the sockets on the wall without any problems. Beating the wires in the wall broke the hole and damaged the lamp switch on the renovated room ceiling. This switch was taken inadvertently and inadvertently, saying that we should end up on our own. The switch can now only be replaced by breaking it with a latch from the wall, ie by damaging it again. The sockets are attached so that they hang from the wall, they hang on the power cords. Among the other sockets are visible, undisguised electrical wires, totaling 6, which can be easily pulled or pulled out because they are delicate. The wall lamp is attached so that it clings to the wall and is unstable. The lamp frames were not screwed on, just recorded, they had to be screwed on themselves. The ceiling lamp was not fully attached as it was explained that it could not be attached. Just plug in the power cords and leave to hang. The power cords are nailed to the floor, as the master decided that a penny was not needed. Respectively, nothing was left over from the work initially promised. When we called the company and made a complaint about unprofessional work, we were accused of Abbyng the act. Of course, the signatories, because no work was done, did not already have a written agreement on what and how exactly will be done. In turn, to assess the professionalism of a non-specialist is problematic, maybe they clean sockets with visible wires directly make and the fact that the lamps swing, do not hold and sockets fall off the wall was only visible after. because the master said everything Ok and sign the deed for what I have done. That's why we already have a company that expects quality and professionalism. Here they are no longer unfortunately. At the same time, it turned out that the master has written down additional work for which we have paid and we have not even asked him to do it. This happened because the master named us the final amount without saying from what positions it is formed. There was no talk of final costs before the work was carried out. Before that we were the masters of other masters and there were no such problems. But now the quality of the firm has gone down in geometric progression. At the end of the work, the foreman left all the debris on the floor so that we could collect it ourselves, everything was demolished and cleaned with a plaster and a putty knife so that he had to move on properly. ra. Looking at the check, I realized that we now have to pay for certain tools, such as a drill. So far it wasn't. When we made the claim, the company's representative said that he would send the same master to fix everything, but what he can fix if he simply does not know how to do it better. Not someone specifically doing bad things :). He also said that he would give a discount next time, knowing full well that no one would entrust his property to such employees a second time after such cases. Summary: I do not recommend cooperation with this company anymore, the quality has gone down. When I heard the telephone conversations that the master handled during working hours, I realized that we are not the only customers who have complaints about the quality of work performed. At least one other customer will refuse further services from this firm due to unclear costs and discrepancies between the initial amount and the amount offered. Be vigilant!
