20. 01. I received a message that the courier will deliver the goods that day. I was not home that day and I moved the receipt to the next day in the link attached to the sms. No news other than this first came. When I try to change the date of receipt again, I can no longer do so on the website. On January 22, I sent an email and today I call the service office and wait about 30 minutes for someone to pick me up. No answer. It is clear that there are a lot of orders at the moment and there is a clear lack of human resources. At the same time, I don't see any announcements anywhere on the Internet that iExpress has a vacancy.
