Bad servic

Broken oven

Error code c31 for samsung oven. I called Pacific Sales to report this problem under the extended warranty. The associate was very helpful and thorough. customer service at Pacific sales sucks. Promised installation 4 times and no one shows up, sales person Phillip Chavez is all about how to screw customer. My refrigerator broke down and I have already done everything and the warranty said they have already done what they need to, it appears a person by the name of Tommie Jimenez who is cause of why we have not received updates or voucher, gift cards etc to replace fridge…
I purchased a refrigerator on Sunday and set up a delivery on Thursday morning between 7 AM and 11AM. Confirmation of the delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday evening. Incomprehensible work schedule and their attitude towards employees.

I can tell you about this company. Windmill. Position-Warehouse Employee.-Processed Hours. lunch break up to 30 mins per day. and CCTV cameras, even in the kitchen. The work must be done in duplicate. There are always reasons to be afraid of something. Employees change every 1-3 months. Dismisses for no reason. pay in conversions. In winter, all warehouses are cold close to 0- + 2 degrees. Occupational Safety Nothing. Holidays during the summer months should not be taken. Do not give up and be comfortable with it. I can't say anything good about this company. If you meet, it's best to go ahead.
